What I collect

When you submit the inquiry or contact form, I receive your name, email address, the contents of your message, and basic metadata (timestamp, IP address, user agent). That's it. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics scripts run on this site by default.

How it's used

Your submission is emailed directly to me and logged to a server file so no inquiry gets lost. I use your contact info only to reply to your message and, if a transaction moves forward, to coordinate the transfer via Escrow.com.

Who gets it

Nobody. I do not sell, rent, or share inquiry data with any third party. The only exception is Escrow.com, if and when you choose to complete a transaction there.

Retention

Inquiry emails and logs are retained as long as commercially reasonable to maintain records of communications and completed transactions. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Email seanhakes@gmail.com to request a copy of any data I hold on you, or to request its deletion.

Third-party assets

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash's CDN. Those providers may log your IP address per their own policies. No third-party JavaScript trackers are used.
