Ownership

All domains listed on this site are owned by Sean Hakes. Ownership transfers to the buyer only after payment has cleared Escrow.com and the domain has been successfully pushed to the buyer's registrar account.

Pricing

Listed Buy Now prices are in US dollars. Prices may be adjusted without notice. A price quoted in a private communication is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Transactions

All purchases are conducted through Escrow.com. Escrow fees are split 50/50 by default unless otherwise agreed. Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes, registrar fees, or currency conversion costs.

Lease-to-own

Where offered, lease-to-own plans require a down payment and scheduled monthly installments. The domain remains in a neutral escrow account until the final payment is cleared. Missed payments may result in plan cancellation and forfeiture of prior payments, subject to the specific escrow contract.

Refunds

Completed domain transfers are final. Before the transfer completes, payments held in Escrow.com are subject to that platform's refund policies.
